We want you to be confident buying DubFlow. This policy applies to purchases made through
dubflowstudio.com and through our marketplace listings.
Subscriptions (Basic $9/month, Pro $19.99/month)
- 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Email us within 14 days of your first
charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
- After the first 14 days, you can cancel at any time from your receipt email (or by asking us)
and you will not be charged again. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Lifetime licences ($79.99 / $199)
- 30-day money-back guarantee. If DubFlow does not work for you, ask within 30 days of
purchase for a full refund.
- Refunds may be declined where a licence key has been redistributed, resold or shared publicly.
How to request a refund
Email support@dubflowstudio.com from the address you
paid with, quoting your order/receipt number. We aim to answer within one business day and refunds are
returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we resolve nearly everything by email, and a chargeback
voids licence keys associated with the order.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
